LEA Management Services Company was founded in 2005 as Sage Business Solutions. Shannon Reynolds started the company with a desire to enable business owners to reach their full potential. Her extensive background in management, accounting and banking gave her a unique position of being involved on all sides of starting and managing a small business. She has over 14 years of experience in the Financial Business Sector including: Consumer and Real Estate Lending, Bank Operations Management, and Investment Services as well as over 20 year experience in accounting and management for small businesses.
